Our commitment is to process your order and have it ready for shipment within 72 hours or less from the time the order was placed.

SHIPPING POLICY
An email will confirm that the order is ready for shipment. For Puerto Rico deliveries, a tracking number will be provided via email. For USA shipments, tracking number will be provided.

30 DAY RETURN POLICY
If you are not absolutely thrilled with your purchase from Hacienda Gosén, for any reason at all, we’ll cheerfully replace your purchase or refund your money, whichever you prefer.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENT
In the near future, orders will be able to ship internationally. At this time, we are not accepting orders out of the USA states and territories. Please contact us with your email and country or territory, so we may contact you when available.
